The Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association (CVEA)www.cvea.org.kh has just signed MOU with the Institute of Estate Agents, Singapore (IEA) www.iea.sg for sharing the Knowledge, Experience and Business Opportunity between Cambodia and Singapore today in Singapore. CVEA and RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors)www.rics.org are under discussion for conducting the Property Valuation Course in Phnom Penh. This course will take 40h and there will be 4 classes in 12 months with the Twin Certificates from RICS and CVEA. CVEA are also under discussion with the University of Technology in Malaysia for conducting the Course in Real Estate Agency and Valuation for 3 months, so we are going to meet them in Johor Bahru, Malaysia tomoro for the final discussion. CVEA has been trying the best to bring the Real Estate Industry in Cambodia into the Next Level of Businesses. Kim Heang.
